1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. 

2. What courier do you use?

We use LBC for nationwide delivery or GrabExpress for same day delivery within Metro Manila. We can use your preferred courier for international delivery.

3. Are your items authentic?

Yes, all our items are authentic. We are scrupulous and basically borderline clinically paranoid about fakes (so our clients don't have to be!).

If in doubt prior to purchase, you may always contact any third-party authenticator of your choice and send them our photos. We also have a promo code with Real Authentication (www.realauthentication.com). Just quote CM5OFF and receive a USD5 discount off your authentication. You can use this code on all designer items (including those of other sellers, not just ours).
